We realised we had a shared love of opera when we bumped into Andrew and Jane at a live broadcast in Chelmsford Odeon, and we had many subsequent conversations about what we'd seen and what was on next. (We also realised that Andrew was a regular there when we saw that he was allowed to turn the house lights off!) Always interesting, always helpful, we will miss him.
