I remember the joy on Andrews face as he held his first born child, with a drink in his other hand, this was while we were still in the main operating theatre,  the maternity theatre was closed so sent to the main ones interrupting their Christmas party hence the drink. We were struggling to think of a perfect name for her until Andrew said it was the dawn of a new time in our lives and we looked at each other and said that's it Dawn.
